This improves the customer experience of getting the product quickly while at the same time reduce the cost of the inventory as they only have the right number of the products.

Improving customer experience to get them to be more loyal, spend more on higher margin products, and introduce new customers is the aim of deploying AI to a business. The customer should never experience hardship, rather their experience should get closer to their needs.
